Begadi Hardshell Holster / Mag Pouch for up to 3 AEP Magazines, self-locking -black-
Other interesting articles:
Developed and produced by Begadi, this hard shell holster was specially designed for AEP Magazines.
It is characterized by a robust and compact design and offers space for up to three AEP magazines.
The six clamps, which are embedded in the material, hold the magazines optimally, so that nothing is lost even during fast movements (its self-locking). The hard shell holster consists of two parts, which can be connected using hooks and screws.
You can mount the hard shell holster on a belt using the eyelets on the left and right, or loop it into a MOLLE system using the four mounting openings on the back. The hard shell holster consists of a fiber-reinforced nylon plastic. Threaded inserts made of brass were embedded in the lower part for the connecting screws. The integrated hooks provide additional support. Due to the structure, further security measures such as a cover flap or the like are not necessary. This means that pulling out the magazines very quickly and intuitively is no longer a problem.
Assembly instructions:
The hardshell holster is delivered in two parts. The screws and the hex wrench are included.
For the belt assembly you can connect the two parts directly and thread the belt through the eyelets.
For mounting in a MOLLE system we recommend not connecting the two parts for the time being. You can also attach the assembled hardshell holster to a MOLLE system. However, this is much more difficult than in the separated state. First take the unassembled backplate and insert the eight hooks into the Molle loops. Four Molle loops are required for this. If the two halves of the hard shell holster are not yet connected, you can help loop it in via the front (see product images). When this step is complete and all hooks are firmly seated in the Molle system, you can connect the two parts of the hard shell holster.
To connect the two holster parts, place the front and back on top of each other.
Now you can, starting from the bottom, press the two parts together so that the plastic hooks grip into the recesses provided. It's a good idea to start at the bottom and work your way up, bit by bit. Some pressure is required to connect.
When all the hooks have clicked into place, you can screw in the four connecting screws and tighten them hand-tight with the Allen key provided.
Note: The connecting hooks grip the counterpart very tightly (to create optimal grip) and are not designed to be disconnected and reconnected multiple times. If the process is repeated too often, individual hooks can break. The connecting screws would still hold and make use possible, but the magazines would no longer hold as tightly.
